You Are Always Welcome

Whatever your age or life story is, you are welcome! Our mission is simple: people are our goal and Jesus is our message. Come and volunteer for our charity programs. You will find peace at work!

Children's Ministry at PPC

We believe that our children are some of the most precious gifts God has entrusted to us and we actively look for ways to help them grow in their understanding of God’s love and purpose for them.

Sunday School (September–May at approximately 10:30 am following the Children’s Message in worship)

  • Nursery care for 0-3
  • Sunday school for children 3 years – 6th grade, September–May at 10:30 am. following the Children’s Message in worship

Children of ALL ages are always welcome in worship and we rejoice in the “kid noise” they bring! We have a children’s message right before the sermon where children are invited to come down to the front of the sanctuary. Our Director of Family Ministries shares the heart of the sermon message with them in language they can understand. Then children aged 3 through 6th grade may meet their teachers in the fellowship hall where they will be escorted to their Sunday School classroom upstairs, or they are welcome to return to their seats with their parents. We also have a “family room” located at the rear of our sanctuary where families can worship in a more private space if needed.

Nursery Care is provided for children 3 and under during all worship services. Our nursery is staffed by screened and trained caregivers who seek to engage the children in fun and nurturing activities. Our goal is to help you feel safe and secure in leaving your children with us.

Small Group Opportunities

Engaging the scriptures in a smaller setting is a great way to get to know God on a more personal level as well as build authentic community with each other! We believe small groups are one of the very best ways to grow spiritually and relationally.

If you are interested in joining a small group, please contact Matt McNelly for more information.
